Copyright and Takedown Policy

User responsibility

You must have all rights needed for any audio, samples, recordings, artwork, photos, logos, names, brands, fonts, likenesses, screenshots, or other material you use in Flucsi.

Flucsi does not grant you rights to third-party music, cover art, logos, people, brands, samples, fonts, images, or media just because you import them into Flucsi or export a video. You are fully responsible for any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, licensing, platform, client, or commercial issue caused by your inputs, projects, exported media, publication, monetization, or client delivery.

Tool-only role

Flucsi provides software for editing and exporting visuals. Flucsi does not review, approve, license, or clear the media you import or the exports you create.

Videos exported from Flucsi may be used commercially, but only when you have the necessary rights for all included content. If your export includes copyrighted music, samples, artwork, logos, people, brands, fonts, or other protected material, you must have the necessary rights before using, posting, selling, monetizing, or delivering that export.

Normal project media is local

Regular editor source media is processed in your browser and is not uploaded to Flucsi servers during normal editing, autosave, or browser export.

A server-saved project document may still include metadata, configuration, local asset references, and a generated project preview thumbnail. If you publish, share, submit, or upload content through another workflow, that separate workflow may send files or information to Flucsi.

Flucsi may not be able to act on claims about media that exists only locally in a user’s browser and was never uploaded, published, shared, or submitted through Flucsi.

What Flucsi may remove

Flucsi may remove, restrict, disable, preserve, or block access to accounts, project documents, files explicitly submitted to Flucsi, public materials, presets, links, or other service content when Flucsi believes there is infringement, legal risk, abuse, or a valid takedown notice.

Notice requirements

A copyright notice needs to include your name and contact information, your physical or electronic signature, identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the material you claim is infringing, the location of that material, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized, a statement that the notice is accurate, and confirmation that you are the rights owner or authorized to act for the owner.

Send notices through the Contact page with the Legal topic selected. That page is the current official intake channel for copyright and takedown requests.

Counter notices

If your material was removed and you believe removal was a mistake, you may send a counter notice with your contact information, the removed material, the reason you believe removal was mistaken, and any statements required by applicable law.

Flucsi may decline to restore material where there is legal risk, missing information, repeat infringement, safety risk, or another Terms violation.

Repeat infringement

Flucsi may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe rights or repeatedly receive credible infringement complaints. Flucsi may also restrict accounts used to evade prior enforcement.

False notices

Do not send false, abusive, or bad-faith infringement notices or counter notices. Misrepresentations can create legal liability and may lead Flucsi to restrict access.

Flucsi may ask for more information before taking action if a notice is incomplete, unclear, unsupported, or appears abusive.
