Flucsi legal
GDPR and Data Rights
This page explains how Flucsi handles access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, and consent requests for server-held data and local browser data.
Rights you can request
Depending on your location and the legal basis for processing, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection to certain processing, and withdrawal of consent for optional processing.
Response timing
Flucsi aims to respond to verified data rights requests without undue delay and generally within one month. Where allowed by law, this period may be extended by up to two additional months for complex or numerous requests, and Flucsi will notify you if an extension is needed.
Server data
Server data may include account details from Google sign-in, saved project data, project thumbnails, contact messages, support screenshots explicitly submitted through contact/support, security records, and operational records. It does not include regular editor source songs, full images, artwork, or media files that stay only in your browser.
Flucsi may need to verify that you control the account or email address connected to the request before giving access to server data, exporting it, correcting it, deleting it, or changing it.
Local browser data
Regular editor media and local projects can live only in your browser. Flucsi may not have a server copy of those files and may not be able to access, export, recover, or delete them for you.
Use the app controls and browser storage settings to remove local projects, imported media, generated previews, autosave drafts, and cached audio analysis.
Correction
Signed-in users can update their Flucsi display name from profile settings. Google account email and avatar data come from Google sign-in and may need to be changed in your Google account.
Deletion
Flucsi includes account deletion for signed-in users. Account deletion removes or schedules removal of server account data subject to legal, security, backup, abuse-prevention, and dispute limits.
Account deletion does not automatically clear local browser data, so clear browser storage separately if you want to remove local projects and local media from that browser.
Portability
Where required, Flucsi will provide server-held account data, saved project data, and related server-held files such as project thumbnails in a reasonable portable format. Local source media needs to be exported or copied by you from the browser because Flucsi normally does not have those files on the server.
Consent controls
Essential cookies and storage remain active because they are needed for login, security, local project behavior, and privacy notice acknowledgement. Optional Google Analytics runs only if you consent, and you can withdraw that consent from the privacy choices modal.
Automated decision-making
Flucsi does not currently use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects for users.
Response limits
Flucsi may refuse or limit requests where allowed by law, such as requests that cannot be verified, affect other people, conflict with legal duties, undermine security, relate to abuse prevention, or require data Flucsi does not hold.
Complaints
EU users may contact their local data protection authority if they believe a valid request was not handled correctly. Romania’s supervisory authority is the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP). Email [email protected] or use the Contact page with the Legal topic first so Flucsi can review the request.
