Terms of Service

These terms cover Flucsi alpha access, local media processing, accounts, ownership, exports, acceptable use, copyright, service limits, and liability.

Last updated: June 3, 2026
1

Agreement

By accessing Flucsi, opening the editor, signing in, saving a project, contacting Flucsi, or exporting content, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie and Browser Storage Policy, and the Copyright Policy.

If you use Flucsi for a company, artist, client, label, agency, or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to use Flucsi for that organization and to accept these Terms for that use.

2

Free alpha

Flucsi is currently offered as a free alpha service. Flucsi does not currently charge subscription fees or process payments through the service.

Alpha features may be incomplete, unstable, limited, changed, reset, or discontinued. If Flucsi introduces paid subscriptions later, payment, tax, invoice, renewal, cancellation, refund, chargeback, and payment-dispute handling may be provided by a Merchant of Record, and paid terms will be published before paid plans become available.

Future refunds, if any, will be handled under the Merchant of Record checkout terms, refund rules, and mandatory consumer law. Flucsi may help with support and access issues, but Flucsi should not be treated as promising direct card refunds unless specific paid terms say so.

If a refund, chargeback, payment reversal, failed payment, suspected payment abuse, or subscription dispute occurs, Flucsi may cancel, suspend, restrict, downgrade, or refuse paid access where permitted by law and the applicable paid terms.

What Flucsi provides

Flucsi is a browser-based audio-reactive visual editor. It lets users import media into the browser, build visual scenes from elements, use presets, preview motion in real time, save project documents, and export videos from supported browsers.

Flucsi is a tool only. Flucsi is not a copyright clearance service, music licensing service, media provider, cloud backup service, stock media marketplace, legal service, broadcast compliance service, or professional production guarantee.

4

Local media processing

Regular editor audio, full-size images, artwork, and media files are processed locally in your browser. Flucsi does not upload those underlying source media files to its servers as part of normal editing, autosave, or browser export.

Flucsi may store local media in browser storage so the same browser can restore the project. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of source media and exported videos.

5

Server-saved project documents and previews

If you sign in and save or autosave a project, Flucsi may store project data such as project metadata, visual settings, selected presets, timestamps, local file references, file names, labels, and other metadata you choose to include.

For saved projects, Flucsi may also store a small generated preview thumbnail on the server so the project library can show saved projects across devices.

Server-saved project documents and thumbnails do not include the underlying regular editor audio, full image, artwork, or media files. If local browser assets are missing, a server-saved project may open without those local files.

6

Explicit file submissions

If you explicitly submit files through support, preset/admin media tools, project preview saving, operations, or another workflow that asks for files, those files may be transmitted to Flucsi for that specific purpose.

Do not submit private audio, private client assets, unreleased work, passwords, payment card numbers, government IDs, or sensitive personal data to Flucsi.

7

Your content

You keep ownership of the audio, images, text, artwork, project settings, exports, and other content you create or import, subject to any rights owned by third parties or Flucsi materials included in the project.

You are fully responsible for the materials you import, the projects you create, and the exported media you publish, sell, send to clients, upload to platforms, monetize, or otherwise use.

You grant Flucsi only the limited rights needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, support, sync, administer, enforce these Terms, respond to legal requests, and improve the features you choose to use. Flucsi does not receive ownership of your regular editor media.

8

Rights you must have

You must have all rights, licences, permissions, releases, and consents needed for any audio, images, logos, artwork, fonts, names, brands, likenesses, recordings, samples, screenshots, or other material you use in Flucsi.

Flucsi does not provide copyright-cleared music, images, artwork, samples, logos, fonts, or other third-party media for your exports. You are responsible for your inputs, projects, exports, uploads, posts, sales, monetization, client delivery, platform publication, and any claim that your content infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, moral rights, contract rights, or other third-party rights.

9

Exports

Exported videos are your responsibility. You may use them only to the extent you have rights to every part of the export. Flucsi does not clear your music, samples, cover art, logos, photos, people, brands, fonts, or third-party assets, and Flucsi is not responsible for copyright or other rights issues caused by how you use exported media.

You may use videos exported from Flucsi for personal, client, platform, social media, promotional, and commercial purposes, but only if you have all rights needed for the content included in the export and your use complies with applicable law and platform/client rules.

Flucsi does not guarantee that exports will satisfy every platform, distributor, advertiser, label, client, broadcast, codec, accessibility, or legal requirement. Test exports before relying on them for deadlines or commercial delivery.

10

Flucsi materials

Flucsi owns or licenses the app, interface, code, name, logo, brand, documentation, built-in presets, default assets, generated examples, service materials, and non-user content provided by Flucsi.

You may use built-in presets and examples inside Flucsi to create projects and exports, unless a specific preset says otherwise. You may not redistribute Flucsi presets, extract Flucsi assets as a standalone library, copy the Flucsi brand, or present Flucsi materials as your own standalone product.

11

Acceptable use

Do not use Flucsi for unlawful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, harmful, exploitative, harassing, hateful, threatening, defamatory, privacy-invasive, malware-related, spam-related, or service-disrupting activity.

Do not create or share content involving sexual exploitation of minors, non-consensual intimate material, threats, targeted harassment, hate or discrimination, illegal goods or services, impersonation, election deception, or violations of privacy or publicity rights.

Flucsi may block, suspend, ban, restrict, delete, or refuse access to any person, account, project, export, file submission, or service use that Flucsi believes violates these Terms, creates legal or security risk, harms other people, abuses the service, or attempts to bypass enforcement.

12

Technical restrictions

Do not attack, overload, scrape, crawl, probe, reverse engineer restricted service areas except where permitted by applicable law, bypass technical limits, bypass watermark or export controls, bypass account controls, resell access without permission, interfere with other users, or use Flucsi materials to train machine-learning or AI systems without written permission.

13

Accounts and security

If you sign in with Google, you are responsible for keeping your Google account secure and for activity under your Flucsi account. You must provide accurate account information and notify Flucsi if you suspect unauthorized access.

Flucsi may suspend, restrict, delete, or refuse accounts, projects, exports, submissions, or access where needed to enforce these Terms, protect security, respond to legal risk, prevent abuse, or operate the service.

14

Support and feedback

Support channels are for product help, account requests, privacy requests, legal notices, copyright notices, bug reports, and feedback. Contact attachments are intended for screenshots and may be rejected, resized, converted, deleted, or restricted.

If you send ideas, bug reports, suggestions, or feature requests, Flucsi may use them without compensation or confidentiality obligations unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

15

Third-party services

Flucsi may rely on third-party providers for authentication, hosting, storage, security, analytics, support, paid subscriptions, and similar infrastructure. Current providers include Hetzner for hosting, Cloudflare for DNS, security, storage, and backups, Google for Google Sign-In, and Google Analytics for optional analytics when you consent. Possible future providers may include email delivery, monitoring, customer support, and paid subscription or Merchant of Record services. Regular editor source songs, full images, artwork, and media files are not uploaded to these providers through normal editor save/autosave/export flows, but saved project thumbnails and explicitly submitted files may be stored through Cloudflare.

Google sign-in is provided by Google. Flucsi is responsible for its own use of Google sign-in data, but Google controls the authentication flow and Google account settings.

16

Copyright enforcement

Flucsi respects copyright and expects users to do the same. Flucsi may remove, restrict, disable, or preserve content, accounts, files, project documents, or access when Flucsi believes there is infringement, legal risk, repeat abuse, or a valid takedown request.

If you believe something connected to Flucsi infringes your rights, use the Copyright Policy and Contact page to send a notice.

17

No backup guarantee

Flucsi is not a backup service. Local browser media can be lost if browser storage is cleared, the browser removes storage, a device is lost, or a project is opened on another browser. Server-saved project documents may not restore local media files.

Keep your own copies of source files, project exports, client deliverables, and important work.

18

Availability and changes

Flucsi is browser, device, codec, and WebGL dependent. Export quality, file size, render time, performance, memory use, and compatibility can vary.

Flucsi may change, add, remove, limit, suspend, reset, or discontinue features to improve the alpha, protect security, comply with law, prevent abuse, or maintain the service.

19

Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flucsi is provided as is and as available. Flucsi does not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure against every threat, compatible with every device, or fit for a specific creative, commercial, legal, technical, platform, or client purpose.

Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.

20

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flucsi is not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost files, lost projects, failed exports, business interruption, reputational harm, replacement services, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flucsi’s total liability is limited to the amount you paid Flucsi for the service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months before the claim. For the current free alpha, this amount is currently 0 EUR, unless a different limit is required by mandatory law.

21

Indemnity

Where permitted by law, you agree to defend and cover Flucsi for claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses caused by your content, your exports, your unlawful use of Flucsi, your infringement of third-party rights, or your breach of these Terms. This is especially important for business, client, commercial, or monetized use.

This clause does not reduce any rights that consumers cannot waive under mandatory law.

22

Termination

You may stop using Flucsi at any time. Where account deletion is available, deleting a server account does not automatically clear local browser storage.

Flucsi may suspend, terminate, ban, restrict, delete, or refuse access for breach of these Terms, suspected breach of these Terms, security risk, legal risk, abuse, infringement, repeated complaints, harmful conduct, or attempts to bypass service controls or enforcement.

23

Governing law

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Romania and applicable European Union law, unless mandatory consumer law gives a consumer the protection of another jurisdiction.

Contact Flucsi first through the Contact page so account, privacy, copyright, legal, or service issues can be reviewed before any formal dispute process.

24

Changes and contact

Flucsi may update these Terms as the alpha changes. Material changes will be posted clearly. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the updated Terms.

Email [email protected] or use the Contact page with the Legal topic for terms, account, copyright, privacy, security, and legal questions.
